Shipping Policy

U.S. Shipments: Due to recent changes in U.S. customs regulations, we are currently unable to send parcels to the United States via the European postal network. Many European postal and parcel services have temporarily suspended shipments to the U.S. through standard channels. Shipping to the U.S. will resume once the situation normalizes.

Worldwide Shipping

All packages from Thuya Professional Academy are shipped via international courier services (DHL, UPS, etc.). To reach your destination country, parcels go through customs and tax authorities. After clearance, the package is handed over to a local courier in the destination country, who delivers it to your address.

  • Baltics & Finland: ~3–4 working days, European Union: ~5–8 working days, Rest of the world: ~7–30 working days

Delivery times may fluctuate due to circumstances beyond our control.

Please confirm that your shipping address is correct. If your address is incorrect or unverified, shipping may be delayed, and returned packages will require payment for a new shipping label.

Customs & Taxes

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other fees, depending on the destination country and invoice amount.
  • All products purchased from our e-shop include local VAT.
  • We provide all necessary customs declaration documents, but we are not responsible for any additional fees or charges required by the destination country. Any customs clearance fees or taxes must be paid by the recipient.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • This tracking number can be used on any standard international tracking website to follow your parcel from dispatch to final delivery.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • We accept returns for completely unopened products. The purchaser is responsible for returning the items at their own cost and risk. Once the returned products are received by us, we will either issue a refund or provide store credit.
  • Please note that the refunded amount or credited value will be adjusted to deduct both the original shipping costs and any fees charged by the courier for the return shipment.
