Shipping Policy

We ship Worldwide. The shipping of our packages is managed by a courier company whose partners (DHL, UPS, etc.) deliver the package to you.

All orders are posted the same day and sent to a courier company to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.

The packages arrive in the Baltics and Finland in approximately 3-4 working days, in the European Union in approximately 5-8 working days, and in the rest of the world in approximately 7-15 working days. Delivery times may fluctuate and change due to circumstances beyond our control.

Please confirm that your shipping address information is correct. If your address is not verified, there may be a delay in shipping your order. If your shipping address is incorrect and your package gets returned to us then you will be required to pay for another shipping label.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties and fees when sent with DHL and UPS. Custom duties fee rates are different from country to country and also depend on the invoice amount. Please note: we are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Customs charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

How can I track my delivery?

Once your order is shipped, you will have received a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can keep an eye on your parcel. From this point on any queries pertaining to the delivery of your order should be addressed to the relevant courier.

Policy Regarding Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Thuya Professional Academy strives to ensure that purchasers are satisfied with their orders. However, Thuya Professional Academy will accept returns and exchanges of entirely unopened products within twenty-one (21) days of the placement of the original order. Items cannot be returned after this twenty-one (21) day period has passed.

Upon receipt of the item by Thuya Professional Academy, the purchaser will be given Thuya Professional Academy credit. All exchanges and cancellations are limited in value to the value of this credit, less shipping fees and costs, as further described below.

Purchaser will be required to pay all fees and costs associated with return shipping, and those fees and costs will be deducted from the funds credited to the purchaser upon receipt of the item by Thuya Professional Academy, as noted above.
